Businessebusines delivers professional organizing services that are customized to each home. Because every session is scheduled, staffed, and prepared in advance, our policy focuses on cancellations, rescheduling, and unused service hours rather than product returns.
If you need to cancel a confirmed appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations received within this window are eligible for a full deposit refund or credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment may forfeit the deposit to cover staffing and planning costs. Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
You may reschedule once per project without penalty if the request is received at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests or changes inside the 48-hour window may incur a $150 coordination fee to offset logistics and rentals.
If our team cannot access your property at the agreed time, or if you fail to arrive for a virtual session, the appointment is considered a no-show. No-shows are billed at 75% of the quoted session fee to cover reserved labor and travel.
If you choose to end a session early, we will bill only for the hours delivered plus any materials already purchased on your behalf. Prepaid hours remain available for 90 days so you can schedule a follow-up before they expire.
Guides, templates, and product recommendations delivered electronically are non-refundable once accessed. We ensure every resource includes clear instructions and support options.
If we procure organizing supplies for you, manufacturer return policies will apply. We will assist with returns when possible, but shipping costs or restocking fees charged by third parties will be deducted from any refund we process on your behalf.
Contact our client services team with your booking details, preferred resolution (refund, credit, or new date), and any supporting documentation. We strive to acknowledge every request within one business day and resolve it within seven business days.
